At Brik oven, we serve the iconic and original Neapolitan-style Pizza.


These delicious handmade pizzas have a light and crunchy crust that’s thin in the center and thick and charred around the edges, baked in a rustic wood fired oven at 400 C using a traditional recipe from Naples. Its wholesome flavour comes from a combination of carefully selected toppings on a sauce made with organic San Marzano tomatoes.

Smokey Marzano

Without a doubt, this is the one of our favourite vegetarian pizzas. With sundried tomato, feta and a generous portion of smoked garlic, this one is a sure winner.



Home made buffalo mozzarella, simple san marzano sauce and basil. Back to basics.



Two thick buckwheat cakes served with honey and our signature sassafras-infused whipped cream. Fresh fruit additional.


Que Pasa

Slow-smoked beef brisket cut into thin slices, pickled okra, wild onions, tomatoes, and black bread. Served with a side salad or fried potatoes.


Freak Shake

Potato bun, lettuce, tomato, wild onions, and pepper jack cheese. Served with a side salad or fried potatoes.


Apple Waffle

Tenderized mutton, carrots, celery, tomatoes, onion, rosemary, and black pepper. Served with two sourdough biscuits.

Anirudh Nopany

Chef Anirudh, trained in Cordon Bleu London, is a master at European food. Having studied french cuisine, he understands the technical, as well as the artistic elements that go into preparing a perfect dish. His food is a reflection of his style. It’s easy, fun and to be enjoyed, savoured and celebrated, much like life’s every moment.


Shreeram Anvesh

Sreeram Anvesh’s craving for creamy delicious shakes from his days abroad led him to leave hisjob in the corporate world to bring us the wonderful gooey ice creamy shakes that he makes like a pro. He swears that his muscles are a result of an Oreo shake a day.

Okay I am not exaggerating when I say that this place serves the best pizzas in the city. I love the sourdough base and the very authentic taste of the cheese and toppings. I absolutely dig their quattro formaggi with the perfect blend of 4 different variants of cheese - mozzarella, Parmesan, provolone and blue cheese. After a friends insisting I tried the Diavolo which was topped with baby aubergines which tasted amazing. The Anna and shrooms are two other favourites. Their garlic cheese bread is freshly baked and is perfectly seasoned.

Cannot begin to state how good this place was. Hands down the BEST pizza and garlic bread I’ve had in a long long time. It was so good that in a 2 day trip to Bangalore we ended up going there twice . Amazing amazing foood!
