These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile app, outlets, loyalty programme, and any communication you receive from us, including via SMS, WhatsApp, email, and RCS (Rich Communication Services) messaging. By placing an order, visiting an outlet, joining our loyalty programme, or interacting with our communications, you agree to these Terms.


1. About Us

Brik Oven is a multi-outlet restaurant brand operated by Brik Oven Pvt Ltd, with outlets across Bangalore. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean Brik Oven Pvt Ltd.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders placed directly with us (website, app, in-outlet, ReserveGo) or through third-party aggregators (Swiggy, Zomato, EazyDiner, Dineout, District) are subject to these Terms as well as the aggregator's own terms, where applicable.

  • Prices, taxes, and applicable charges are displayed at the time of order and may change without prior notice.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Payment must be completed through the approved payment methods available at checkout or in-outlet.

3. Delivery & Reservations

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or demand; we are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery partners.

  • Table reservations made via ReserveGo or partner platforms are subject to availability and outlet-specific policies (e.g. hold time, minimum spend).

4. Loyalty Programme & Offers

  • Participation in our loyalty programme (managed via our CRM partner, Xeno) is voluntary and requires registration with your contact details.

  • Reward points, offers, and benefits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated.

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the loyalty programme, or any specific offer, at any time, with or without notice.

  • Offers are subject to the specific terms mentioned at the time of communication and may be limited by outlet, time period, or order value.

5. Marketing Communications

  • By providing your phone number or email, or opting in via our website, app, or in-outlet, you consent to receive transactional and promotional communications from us via SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, email, or push notification.

  • You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the message or contacting us at theteam@brikoven.com. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Website & App Use

  • You agree to use our website and app only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorised access to any part of our systems.

  • All content on our website and app, including logos, menu designs, images, and text, is the intellectual property of Brik Oven Pvt Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Brik Oven Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, app, outlets, or services, including delays or errors caused by third-party platforms (aggregators, payment gateways, or messaging providers).

You agree to indemnify and hold Brik Oven Pvt Ltd harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
