At Brik oven, we serve the iconic and original Neapolitan-style Pizza.
These delicious handmade pizzas have a light and crunchy crust that’s thin in the center and thick and charred around the edges, baked in a rustic wood fired oven at 400 C using a traditional recipe from Naples. Its wholesome flavour comes from a combination of carefully selected toppings on a sauce made with organic San Marzano tomatoes.

Chef Anirudh, trained in Cordon Bleu London, is a master at European food. Having studied french cuisine, he understands the technical, as well as the artistic elements that go into preparing a perfect dish. His food is a reflection of his style. It’s easy, fun and to be enjoyed, savoured and celebrated, much like life’s every moment.
Sreeram Anvesh’s craving for creamy delicious shakes from his days abroad led him to leave hisjob in the corporate world to bring us the wonderful gooey ice creamy shakes that he makes like a pro. He swears that his muscles are a result of an Oreo shake a day.
